The Bishop's First Godly Admonition: During Lent of each year, beginning this year, each Vestry and Bishop's Committee will meet, along with other committed members of their congregations, to study the Great Commission (Matt. 28:18-20) and the Great Commandment (Mark 12:28-31), to pray about mission, to plan missionary activities, and to budget for the church's mission year from Lent to Lent.It will be the responsibility of the parish clergy and wardens to see that this is accomplished. These plans are to be submitted to the Bishop and the Executive Board of the Diocese of West Texas by Palm Sunday each year beginning this year. The plans submitted by each church are linked to the name of the church below. Those churches without a link have not submitted a report.
